What we look at

A walkthrough that starts with your real desk, not a checklist.

Instead of generic advice, we observe how a workspace is used through a normal day and discuss small, practical adjustments you can try.

Seating & support

We review how a chair is adjusted, where support is needed, and how the seat relates to the desk height.

Screen placement

Monitor distance, eye level, and lighting are discussed so screens sit comfortably within a natural viewing range.

Input & reach

Keyboard, mouse, and frequently used items are considered in relation to how often a person reaches for them.

Movement rhythm

We talk through simple ways to build short movement breaks into a working day without disrupting focus.

Light & sound

Ambient lighting, glare, and background noise are part of how a space feels, so we include them in the discussion.

Hybrid setups

For people splitting time between office and home, we look at how both spaces can stay consistent and practical.

How a project unfolds

From first walkthrough to a written summary you can keep.

  1. Step one

We visit your space, watch how it is used, and ask questions about typical tasks and routines.

  2. Step two

Together we discuss options and try a few practical adjustments while you are at the desk.

  3. Step three

You receive a plain-language summary with the points covered and ideas to revisit later.

Ways to work with us

Choose the format that fits your team and your week.

Each option is built around education and discussion. We share general information so you can make your own decisions about your workspace.

Individual desk session

A focused one-to-one walkthrough for a single workstation, with a short follow-up summary.

Team workshop

An interactive group session covering shared habits, layout ideas, and questions from the room.

Workspace review

A broader look at a floor or department, with notes on how shared areas are arranged and used.

Common questions

Helpful to know before we meet.

No. Our sessions share general, educational information about workspace arrangement. We do not provide medical services, diagnosis, or treatment, and we are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

A first walkthrough usually runs around forty-five minutes, though this can vary depending on the size of the space and the number of questions you would like to cover.

Not at all. We begin with what you already have and discuss adjustments first. If you choose to explore new equipment later, that decision is entirely yours.
